I love both my night guard and my day guards. The day guard makes it possible for me to go out in public. My two front dental implants have failed and the day guards keep the teeth in place. It makes it possible for me to live normally while I save for new implants.

Saved me a lot of trouble at the dentist

I've had my night guard for more than a year and it's great - keeps me from grinding my teeth at night, as expected! The purchase process went very smoothly. It took me a few nights to get used to having something in my mouth but after that it felt perfectly nattural. It's worth the time and effort to keep it clean, otherwise it starts to be unpleasant to use. I started by washing with gentle soap and water and using the cleaning tablets once a week but I've since upgraded to the electronic cleqner, which si wonderful.
