Wasn’t sure the tall would be good for me cause I’m right at 6’4 but the product labels were super helpful and I’m glad I got it.

Very intuitive and easy to use with or with the app. Pre-programmed sessions for different activities are very handy. I’m a cyclist and it has really helped my recovery after tough training rides. My wife is a tennis player and she has also seen a big difference in recovery after tough matches.

Makes recovery easy

Don't need to think about it, don't need to change your routine, just throw them on when you'd be laying down on your phone or watching a show. Battery is really good for travel, don't always need a plug. Great stuff.
