New favorite creatine supplement

Love that it’s just a teaspoon for 5g of creatine. I throw it in my protein powder every morning and don’t notice the additional powder. Love that you get 3 months serving in one bag for a very reasonable price. Will buy again!

Easy to supplement with.

I add this to my morning coffee. Gnarly mixes completely and there is no off putting flavor. I wish I had found this sooner.

Does not dissolve

It seems like it mixes up well, then settles to the bottom of the glass. Rather gritty and hard to tolerate if you don’t get to stirring or shaking again. Disappointed as I liked how it has no taste!
