My Third One. . . Never Leave Home Without It

I use my PX2 for when I workout at home, but also for something as mundane as going for a casual walk around the neighborhood. I lost my original PX2 when it fell out of my pocket a few weeks ago, and my new one arrived in just a few days. Molded it in a few minutes, let it set for about 24 hours, and it fits just as good as the one I lost!

Got it to fit perfectly and it seems to work well, mostly feels less stressful (perceived slightly easier)when completing middle distance running workouts. I’m experimenting with where to place the tongue and while breathing how I’m more aware of tension in the jaw, playing around with how to release (the tension) and observing how the throat opens up to get more air. Not completely sure if it’s just a placebo effect.

it fits great and doesnt feel bulky when im working out with it.
