Well, for sleep I like that I don’t feel bad breath in the morning, although I think I need to go to sleep earlier to really see the results. As for the sport one, I like that it doesn’t feel like the air is restricted or that I’m running out of breath in my throat. It’s a good invention.

It seems to work

I’ve used the recovery for a week and I seem to be sleeping better. I also have used one for working out and I haven’t noticed too much of a change, but I’ll give it a little more time to adjust to it.

Accessories are nonrefundable - so don’t order a case because one comes with the mouthpiece. (It’s not obvious in the description.) The mouthpiece did not work for me - I woke up gagging on it. I would not recommend this product or their service.
