Love this flour!

I was skeptical to try this flour since going gluten free about a year ago. However, my fiance and I made pasta with this flour and I enjoyed a huge bowl with no negative side effects! That does not happen when I try to eat regular pasta from the grocery store. Not to mention that the flavor profile is better than anything I've ever tasted in a standard pasta. Obsessed.

Great customer service

We are so pleased with the customer service! We ordered this pasta dough as a Christmas gift. It was originally lost when first delivered, so we contacted customer service. Hayden immediately responded by sending us a replacement order. When the package arrived, we noticed how great the packaging is. The flour looks excellent, and we're sure it's going to make fantastic pasta!
