All of the beans from Rancho Gordo are great beans. These little black gems have such a great flavor and make such a great broth. We strictly follow a WFPBNO diet which excludes all animal products along with all oils. It’s difficult to make plain beans exciting with just broth, veggies and seasoning but these beans can stand alone. These are currently our favorite -but that keeps changing!
