New kettlebell for desert mountains!
Great 16 kg kettlebell I bought during Xmas in July sale. Was easy to fill just using drink cups from carry out lunch and briefly used a canning funnel just when it was filled almost to the top. Tiger stripe is awesome color! Also have the 12kg in black. Now I have something to carry and use for squats, deadlifts, and swings in my new rugged, desert mountain environment. Can’t say enough good things about GoRuck gear. Have a GR1 pack that I use for everyday day commuting, sand KBs, sandbag, MacV original boots, and Spy Vest that are all great and well-constructed.

35lb too big?. ?. ?
The quality is unmatched and it’s easy to fill. The only issue is size. I have the 35lb size and it’s gigantic. My 40lb metal kettlebell is about a quarter of the size. Obviously, the sand kettlebell will be less dense than a metal one, but it’s so large that it’s a little awkward to use for anything other than a weight to throw in a ruck.

Theses are awesome sand kettlebells. My son and I use them all the time. They are great to use when training for Spartan Stadium Races.
