I wasn’t sure how heavy to go and ended up ordering the 12lb ruck. Let me tell you this makes a massive difference with my walks. It’s super comfortable. I haven’t noticed any discomfort while wearing it and I lift 5-6 times a week. The quality is excellent. I feel that the material is well made and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I love wearing this. It looks cute and the color is gorgeous.
