Spicy!
These things are the best! They fit into the weight vest with no shifting and the hollow center makes it a game changer. Turns a normal workout into something a little more spicy!

Be VERY aware of vest names for compatibility
Plates are as described. I had a relatively new Go Ruck Training Weight Vest, which looks 99% like the “Rucking Weight Vest”. But it’s ‘just’ a little different that these plates don’t fit. While the website does state these are for the “Rucking Weight Vest” only, based on the photo and no longer seeing a “Training Weight Vest” and the photos looking identical, I assumed (incorrectly) these were for my vest. They’re just large enough they won’t go in. So now I have to either buy a new vest or sell these plates. I think Go Ruck could do a better job with the disclaimer to call out other vests that look the same but aren’t compatible. Again, my fault for not taking the time to dive into it deeper.

Fantastic workout
Great comfortable pack. Definitely needed to break in the shoulder straps as they bruised my shoulders the first few times. That is my fault, I bought a normal pack vs a women’s pack.
