I can wear this 3-4 times if needed between washes. Just make sure you can air it out if you sweat a bunch. I've worn dozens of times and washed a bunch. Looks brand new

Best Shirt

I live in this shirt in the spring in summer months. I wear it for training, yard work and use anytime I’m not at work. I love the material, it is so cool and helps keep me comfortable in the hotter months. It has held up well. In the chart I should be a LG, but due to reviews I saw I sized down to a MD. The MD fits perfect and has held up great for almost three years of wear! I got the hoodies as well and it’s great for early morning runs, but never feels too hot when that sun finally comes up. Excellent material!

Excellent shirt for every day

I love these shirts. I have five of them I’ve slowly accumulated and I plan to buy a couple more. They’re comfortable in just about every situation.
