Healthy Meal Shake

This brand of meal replacement shake was recommended to me by a friend. She lost 10lbs before her wedding and was very happy. I purchased the vanilla flavor and have at least one a day so far. I enjoy the flavor, the shake is filling. My purpose for the meal replacement shake was to help lose weight in a healthy way.

Tastes great

Mixing vanilla meal shake and fresh squeezed OJ each morning. Stay full and hit my protein goals!

I was really hopeful that i would like this brand’s flavors, but unfortunately i did not care for them at all. I ordered the chocolate and the vanilla. But that’s just my opinion.
