As always my go to sandals. I live in Florida and I wear sandals everyday. My favorite pair and first choice always.

About what I expected

It took awhile for my feet to build the calluses to wear this all day without discomfort, but after a week or so I'm fine. Grippy, good for hiking. I would say they're good for lifting as well but it turns out most gyms require closed toe shoes and will ask you to leave for wearing these.

Exactly What I Expected

These are the best and most unique sandals I've owned. They are definitely the closest thing to being barefoot while protecting my feet. I tried running in them, and I'm going to have to build up to it while mixing in days with my regular zero drop shoes. The first thing I noticed was that they loosened my normally tight calves. That was an unexpected and much needed surprise! However, my muscles and feet are going to need some time to fully adapt. The construction is solid and I love the simplicity of a single piece of webbing for a strap. They were exactly what I was hoping for.
