Unbelievable customer service
Had some problems with the delivery to Denmark and the package got lost (fault by Danish delivery service "Post Nord"). But Luna sandals told me from the beginning I shouldnt worry and no matter what they would make sure my sandals arrived. Luna sandals ended up sending me a new pair which arrived short after.

Performed perfectly in Ultra Marathon up mountains!
Had the best experience with Luna support again. They solved a problem of another pair of Luna Oso sandals having laces that felt too long. They sent me a pair with shorter laces that fit perfectly and gave me excellent performance in the last race.
