I'd give it a 4.5. Small detail of the velco not adjusting to the same length on the heel between both feet. (My feet may be to blame, but I'm doubtful about an inche difference) Toe strap plug is a little thick and distracting. Otherwise, great material and great ground feel after about a week of wear. Straps are comfortable. I order all my shoes in euro size and these fit true to size according to that metric.

sad customer service

sadly the customer service is so slow (over a week) to respond I can't give greater than a 2 star rating. I love my shoes warrier but relalized i sitll need a vibram sole to support my activinty i have since emailed 2x w/ no reply in over a week. Prior to gettin gmy orignal order again there was no communicaiton until i reached out twice that my order was delayed (i'm ok with the delay but there was no communication). I'm also a small company personnel is small but of most importance to my company is timely communication. I very much want to support this company and their quality but customer service is of vital importance too thank you
