Octane

As always these pickups are great. So many options. Ive got strat and tele single coils. And various humbuckers. Even the Rebel 90s in mu SG sounded great. This pickup delivers again in another SG. Great company and products. Never looked back since first purchase.

Segundo set de Octane para una Epiphone SG (GI). Las pastillas, estéticamente, son hermosas. Se ven de muchísima calidad. No solo lo que se ve por fuera una vez instaladas sino por debajo, en cuanto a las soldaduras y el cableado. El sonido ya lo conozco. Bastante agresivas pero bastante dinámicas al ir bajando el volumen. La pastilla neck está muy bien lograda. Mu guitarra tiene una segunda oportunidad con estas pastillas que son ideales para música hard rock, heavy metal.

Very nice balance

I wanted something in-between an aggressive, high output ceramic pickup and a brighter, clearer, vintage style pickup, and this pretty much hit the spot for me. It's bluesy when I need it to be bluesy, and thrashy when I need it to be thrashy. My main complaint would be more with the "aged" cover I opted for. It's basically a satin or maybe "raw" nickel cover that appears to have had a scotch pad LIGHTLY brushed across the top, barely at all. Nothing terribly wrong with it, it is a nice looking cover, just not quite what I expected and I will have to change a pickup cover to make them match now.
