Apex Plus

The perfect Strat bridge pickup.

I paired this with two Apex in the middle and neck position. These pickup aren’t noiseless - they are very low noise which makes them perfect. They are in no way sterile sounding. They are what you want every Strat pickup set to be. All the tone but a lot less of the noise. Can’t stop playing the partscaster I just put together.

Full, thick Strat tone with zero hum

I bought the Apex Plus looking for a pickup that could handle higher gain without noisy buzz, and it delivered. It has a great beefy midrange and plenty of punch for solos, but still keeps enough top-end clarity for classic Strat tones. Positions 2 and 4 still have plenty of quack. Plus, being able to use standard covers made installation seamless. Highly recommended!!

Great pickups! Easy install and good fit. These are powerful and bold pickups if and when you need a bit more output. Still retaining that "strato" sound. Bridge pickup pushes like humbucker but still having singlecoil character and a good cut thru the mix without being harsh. In between positions sound very good as well. I did change also all electronics to mojotone prewired set. This raised my PRS to be the "go-to" guitar for most gigs and home playing. Definitely recommend these.
