Perfectly paired with an Apex plus in the bridge
Put a classic in the neck and middle and plus in the bridge in a fiesta red partscaster I just put together. These aren’t noiseless pickups - they are very low noise pickups which makes them perfect because they retain all nuances of single coil pickups but aren’t sterile sounding like some noiseless pickups. My new favorite pickups and on par with any boutique strat pickups. Respond very well to volume and tone changes.

Outstanding
These pickups greatly exceeded my expectations. I installed them in a Fender Custom Shop ‘57 Strat reissue because the stock pick ups (true to vintage) were extremely noisy. The tone of these pickups is better than the stock pickups and they are virtually dead quiet. I say virtually because occasionally I can hear just a slight amount of noise when using overdrive, but that’s to be expected and can also vary based upon which pedal I’m using. Using the guitar on stage is a night and day difference. I couldn’t gig with the old pickups because they were too noisy but these are almost totally noiseless on stage. I highly recommend these pickups.

Better than expected
I bought these as I play a lot of worship music at different venues and I play lot of ambient/swells style etc. where the noise from my Strat (vintage reissue) used to annoy me so much and interfere with my tone. After shielding my guitar but still having issues I gave the Apex Classic a go after looking at some videos online and reading the reviews and they have exceeded my expectations! They still sound like a single coil strat (I use 2&4 position quite often) and they are so quiet! For anyone in doubt, give these a go! Value for money compared to more expensive noise cancelling pickups.
