It took MCB Tele saddles to fix the spacing on my Tele. I don’t know if all guitar players are like this but my hand feels the difference in .001. If string spacing is not correct my brain goes nuts. These saddles have fixed the 70 years old problem. Strings threw body gives you a high break angle more string tension. Top loading done right is where is at. But top loading with Leo Mesi saddles screws with spacing. These saddles are magic. I heard sounds I never heard before from my Tele. Also the string tree for e, b, g is a must. Thank you MCB.

Tele and Strat playing transformation

Joe Glaser and his team at MCB are world renowned. I bought 3 x sets of groove master saddles for my Tele's, 2 x 3 way string trees and a set of GMS's for a Strat. I have already fitted one set to one of ,my Tele's and its a night and day improvement all round. Tone, intonation and string spacing adjustment all on 3 beautifully designed and machined brass saddles that deliver exactly what they promise! I'm sending another Tele and Strat of mine to Charlie Chandlers in London who is one the finest luthiers and repairers in the UK. The guitars are getting a PLEK treatment and new bone nuts fitted and then MCB saddle hardware will be fitted as part of the job. I'm not sure if it'll be the first time they've seen the MCB saddles so that'll be interesting. Anyway MCB with their select choice of bridge and other hardware are forever my first choice.
