Great pans

Absolutely love the pans, bought the 3 pan set with lids. Love having the lids, would love to see a lip or concavedto make sure the steam/liquid stays in the pan and doesn't seep out on to the cooktop. Only other non-deal breaker is the angle of the handles. It's taking some getting used to isntead of the flat cast iron pan handles I've been using for years. Absolutely love the non-stick of the pans. Lesson learned is to make sure the pans are hot prior to adding what you are cooking, fried eggs are a dream with a butter and oil mixture. Highly recommend!! You won't regret it.

They’re perfect

I love my new pans! I love the way they look, the way the smoke rolls up into the little divets in the sides and folds back over the food. I love the way they clean up and the way they can go from my stove to my oven to my pizza oven and even onto an open fire if I wanted. I love the ergonomic handles that make them easy to lift in my old age. I also love that they are made in America by artist-makers who actually talk to you directly and care about your satisfaction.
