Beautiful and Functional Roasting Pan!

I will admit this is a pricy pan, but to me knowing that it is hand crafted by hand makes it worth the money! Today I was able to break it in with roasting a whole chicken. It performed perfectly with no issues or sticking. I’m already trying to decide what to make next! Thank you Tristan and Bill for a great pan!
