12" Round Carbon Steel Skillet - Hand Forged

A little disappointed with a warped pan

I recently bought both a Smithey and a Copper State Carbon Steel Skillet. The Smithey has a small arch in the center of the pan and now I know why. The Copper State skillet sat flat on the cook top when new and after my second use the pan has warped slightly and no longer sits perfectly flat on the cook top. I think that Copper State could learn a lesson from the design of the Smithey.

This pan is fantastic, cooks great and looks amazing. This is a generational piece for sure.
