I've been taking psyllium fiber for quite a while, and decided to switch to Regular Girl Sunfiber because I have IBS-D and thought it might be gentle to my system. While I didn't have any trouble with the psyllium fiber, I'm very glad I made the switch for a number of reasons. I appreciate the organic nature of Regular Girl, as well as the small amount of added probiotics. This product dissolves instantly and completely in water. It's nothing like my thick psyllium! Likewise, I actually look forward to taking this because it has a pleasant flavor that I can only describe as similar to cereal. I know that sounds peculiar, but the taste is really good! I've already bought a backup and will continue with this brand without hesitation.
