Pacific Northwest Crab Roll Kit

Great treat

Had my son and daughter-in-law over for lunch today and we scarfed it down and enjoyed it very much. A quick fix and add slaw and whatever side you want. Added the scallops today. bexcellent!

This is a delicious kit. My only suggestion is it's easier to consume it by spreading the crab on one side of the bun and eating it that way. No matter how much you put between the two buns as soon as you bite into it the crab spread squishes out the sides. That worked perfectly for us. Good stuff.
