Love gravlax, and yours is terrific!

Our order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I especially like the gravlax, which I have with cream cheese and crackers or bagels. Nothing is simpler, and it couldn't be any tastier. The only drawback is that my 5 or 6 pouches disappeared so quickly!
