One day I said enough is enough and began researching healthy eating habits and supplements. I came across the multivitamin by MaryRuth Organics and gave it a try. I have been taking it for over a month and I have so much energy and vitality . What a great product. I would recommend to anyone.

Terrible Flavor & Texture

I agree with other reviewers that the taste (fish) and texture (thick) are not it. I really wanted to like this as I have tried other Mary Ruth's liquid vitamins with no issue. I couldn't make it through this bottle. Avoid formulas with Algal Omega 3's for a better experience.

I couldn't take the taste and after taste

I tried it ..but I couldn't stand the fishy taste. The vanilla peachy flavoring just couldn't over power the fishy taste from the Omega's I'm sure. I do take the hair growth and multi is great.!
