Liquid Ashwagandha root

I e been having some health issues and it was recommended I take Ashwagandha root. I mix it with my morning liquid vitamins in the morning, so easy to use. I’ve just started taking them but am anxious to see the improvement in a month.

Excellent to help calm!

My children and myself use these in our home… Not on a daily basis, but as needed when different circumstances come up such as the dentist, storms, stressful situations. Definitely helps bring a calm. I really enjoy having these on hand.

Been taking daily and have not seen any difference at this time. Still hopeful.
