I was hesitant at first because of the bad review of taste and smell but these are great. Taste good, smell isn’t too bad. Most of all, the kids eat them happily. Fish oil is fish oil so I guess the benefits can only be seen on a blood test so that’s to be determined. However, we will keep on using Mary Ruth’s unless something changes. Thanks for making quality products.
