Wild Halibut Dinner Fillets

I was very surprised when I received the wild halibut dinner fillets which they supposed to be four fillets but only got two fillets and two other small pieces which I was very upset and I paid a lot for them and also order Haines wild sockeye salmon which were beautiful perfect four fillets. Most of the time seabear is very consistent but not this time with the halibut, they were good but not a complete order.

I haven’t tried them yet, but I’m not happy that the so-called fillets do not look anything like fillets. They look like square cubes. I will not be buying any more halibut from you.

Mild and tender halibut

The halibut was mild tasting and tender. It was easy to cook. I cooked it in the oven as per the included instructions of lower heat. I have bought these before and they don't disappoint. They arrived on time and still frozen.
