Not grain-free, and when I contacted customer support they didn’t help with a partial or full refund. Got a lecture about how most supplements have grains and I’ll be fine. But if I take these my legs vibrate and go numb…..hence the reason I’m grain-free. Some of us CAN’T eat grains, it’s not a choice we have. A little empathy could have gotten them more stars.

I find these really helpful in maintaining a healthy gut. Have been using them for a while now and will continue to do so. Definitely recommend.
