These cookies are fabulous! We are making them for my niece’s wedding so we put a little wedding decoration on them. They are so good, I may eat them all before the wedding happens!

That recipe is ridiculous! It did what I thought it would do...rattle around small bits of cold butter and spray flour all over my countertop. It sounded dumb, but I tried it. I then let the butter soften and proceeded. U cannot use a cookie scoop for this...I just mashed the sand-like dough in my hands to roll in a ball. After thinking, if u said to use a food processor instead of a mixer, that might work better w cold butter.
