HOG LEGS 'Pork Chop' Killer Triceps Workout Cable Bar

GREAT!!!! but only after an adjustment.

Let me start by saying this thing feels amazing in the hand, and it's quite pleasing to look at. I bought both this "pork chop" and the "piglet" at the same time. The piglet was fantastic for tricep push downs (never felt a better handle). Afterwards I moved onto the "pork chop" the green killer V. This attachment did not perform very well at push downs. I believe the reason is due to the shape of the attachment. When using the tricep rope, the hardest part and greatest contraction comes from the spreading of the rope at the bottom. Since this V handle is already spread and fixed so far apart; you never get that feeling when performing tricep pushdowns. The Piglet is hands down superior when performing pushdowns. However, where this piece really brought it home was with tricep over head extensions. I had 40 pounds on my weight stack and was doing controlled mind muscle sets of 15, and let me say it felt like the outer heads of both triceps were gonna spasm into cramps at the end of each set; that's how hard the contraction was while using the Porkchop. 5 out of 5 for overhead extensions. Is this the end all be all tricep attachment? No, but it's a fantastic tool to have. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Perfection

The Pork Chop is an absolute beast of an attachment. I was able to use it last week for my first time and I immediately noticed a difference. I could feel my triceps burning from different angles when I adjusted my grip. This is definitely a go to piece for anyone looking to upgrade their attachments for their home gym.
