All the reviews watched and read are true. These are the best handles I’ve ever used. The freedom of motion using these is unlike any other handles I’ve used in the last 40 years.

These cable attachments are incredible. They are so much more versatile than any other handles I’ve used anywhere. They are game changers for chest and back flys. I also paired them with a pair of 10” cable extensions and they are PERFECT for face pulls. It might seem expensive for handles but very worth it. Fitness Exchange shipped very timely, great purchase.
