You actually sent an Emperor 4D

It has errored out a few times with no explanation. After powering down multiple times it finally works. Bluetooth does not work. If I click recliner it says must have app. No documentation as to what app? Two different Osaki apps will not link. No Emperor app that I can find? In fact cannot find any reference to Osaki Emperor online.
