I needed a liquid vitamin C to help boost my immune system. This satisfies that need. I like the flavor. A tad quirky, but I like it. It doesn’t upset my stomach which is good because the directions say to take in an empty stomach.

Easy to digest
Easy to take and digest. Other vit c capsules upset my stomach but this does not. Tastes sweet too!
