I have been using this along with the Antioxidant Infusion and Vitality Energy Support and I think they help my energy levels through the day. I also enjoy the flavor.

I take this every morning along with Antioxidant Elderberry, and Vitality. Recently I was on a 4 day vacation and chose not to pack these since it was such a short getaway, boy was I wrong. I definitely could tell the difference when I didnt take them. Will definitely bring with me even if im gone overnight!
