Really happy with this hormone kit so far. I love that the ingredients are clean and thoughtfully made. It’s easy to incorporate into my daily routine and I’ve been feeling more balanced and supported overall. The packaging and quality are amazing too.

I chose this item for peri-menopause symptoms and within 3 days hot flashes were gone. I have had a few evenings where I was hot but not hot flashes. I’ve also noticed I haven’t had afternoon fatigue since starting.

I’m on my 3rd kit and am sticking to a more consistent routine. I’m learning a lot about the timing and how to apply it, notably how it affects my cycles. Looking forward to its continued benefits for my overall health and fertility journey. I somehow always run out of my thyroid + adrenal oil first!
