The thermostat works well and very easy to install, but this review is for the Customer Service end of Hutch Mountain, which is five stars plus plus plus these people are the best at resolving customer issues I have ever seen

Easy install and great features

No complaints from me. The one bit of feedback from my wife is that the display never turns off, so even at it's lowest setting, it still emits light at night. Easy to install and has all the features I would want.

Impossibly, good service and product

A flawless product with great support who takes care of the issues. I haven’t had a purchasing experience like this in a long time.
