The MA Flex installed easily and performed outstanding. My Carrier 3.5 ton AC inrush amps dropped from 120 to an amazing 29 amps. This will enable my 9000 peak generator to power it up when needed. The pre-work done by HM on the Flex really made it easy install. I must also say that the Hutch Mountain YouTube video demonstrator was very easy to follow and gave me the confidence to tackle that Bad Chicken. Loved his style and clarity on explanation. The chicken ref were a riot, I must have said Bad Chicken 20X as I installed. Will get a 2nd for my other AC.

Absolutely a great company to order from and this is a great soft starter! Had a little issue with shipping that was a UPS problem, so Jesse sent me another unit right away. I installed this on a Trane XL16i and my inrush went from 96a to around 21a. Very easy to install and will allow me to easily use my generator to keep my whole house going during a power outage. Additionally, my a/c starts very smoothly now.

I recently purchased the Micro Air Easy Start directly from Hutch Mountain. I watched the videos and was ready to go! However, the wiring schematic was missing on my ac unit. I was concerned i would cut the wrong wire which was to be spiced into the included wago connectors, so I called Hutch Mountain. Let me say, when they say give us a call, they mean it! They answered right away, and yes it was a real live person on the other end! They sent me a schematic for my unit, but with my limited schematic reading background, I was a little confused. So I called back to make sure I knew what I was looking at. They suggested a video call, which we did. They were able to see in real time my unit, and within 10 minutes, I had my Easy Start hooked up and running! It was so easy!! Make sure you get the install kit with your unit. That made it much easier! These guys at Hutch Mountain are awesome, friendly, and their customer service is off the charts! My Easy Start Flex 398 is working great, and allows me to run my AC in the summer off of my 15,000W generator. Thanks so much for a great product, and especially the awesome support service!!
