First off . Thank you for actually caring about your customers. The product is amazing. Everything is welll packaged and easy to install once you figure out were to connect the wires. I can’t hear the compressor anymore. Thank you for a awesome product.

I love this device!!

I spent more time watching YouTube installation videos, approximately 15 minutes, than it took to install, approximately 5 minutes. Once installed, I was able to run my ac as well as my fridge, freezer, O2 concentrator, and pretty much everything else in the house off of my portable generator. My ac start up amp draw was around 55 amps. Reduced to 17.5-18 amps start up after installing. Worth every penny.

This is truly an amazing product The EasyStart flex makes it possible for me to have air-conditioning in my house during a Power Outage I connected a transfer switch plus a 13,000 W inverter generator and the air conditioner with the EasyStart turns on in about 30 seconds I highly recommend this for anyone considering this product I have a friend that has been a maintenance manager for a 300 unit apartment and has been working with different types and sizes of air-conditioning units and has never worked with one of these easy starts/soft starters He helped me with this installation, and he was completely and pleasantly surprised THANKS
