We have been using the RVLock for the last 8 years and I just completed installing our second lock because the first one finally stopped. We became so use to using the convenience of no key entry there is no way we could RV and not rely on keyless entry. Secondly, having just completed the second installation of an RVLock, the ease of installation, the security it provides and the new features provided on the second lock, make it even more convenient. We couldn't RV without it. Not only is the product and technology outstanding, but RVLock stands behind their product. The responsiveness of RVLock to customer issues is top notch. We ran into a problem with the delivery of the second unit which had been damaged during delivery. When we contacted RVLock, Tabitha from thier customer service group took over and made sure we received a new unit. I would describe RVLock's response as seamless and super customer responsive. If you RV, I highly recommend RVLock and their products. They stand behind them. From a very satisfied user.

Why not include the sticker in package?

Lock installation went fine once I cut my door opening a little larger (not RVLocks fault the manufacturer cut a tight opening for the old lock). Lock works as advertised. BUT, mine needs the black sticker (sold separately) to cover the paint gap from the old lock to the new lock. WHY isn’t that sticker just included in the standard package? No way to know you’ll need this sticker until installation. I paid over $200 for this RVLock (and waited about 2 weeks for delivery)…..now I have to order the sticker (and wait another week or two)……uninstall the lock, install the sticker & reinstall the lock. Charged $14.02 for a $0.10 sticker. For the price of this lock, why isn’t that sticker just part of every package?? Left a sour taste in what otherwise would have been a good review!
