I got my easy start very quick and it was Betty easy to hook up. I called hutch mountain and they called me right back and answered all my questions. I have referred several people to get a soft start from them. I am very satisfied!!

Surprised how easy it was to install

Purchase a B stock unit and please with condition as described. It must have been a return as the white wire had a connector when it should not have. Not a issue as I had one. Surprised how easy it was to install with the help from the video guides. Went from start up amps of 49 to 16amps. Now I can use my generator to have AC when power is out. So far it is working as it should.
