I had a compact RV Lock installed for about a week when it suddenly stopped working. I contacted RV Lock, submitted a video of the malfunction, and they sent me a new lock and it has been working great. The customer service was outstanding as the rep was knowledgeable and friendly.

No hassle with keys

Purchased for 2025 Outdoor RV titanium toy hauler. It worked fine to unlock, but didnt always want to lock. Wife had a hard time reaching it due to units height, pace maker installation, and our short stature. So I ordered the extension handle. Easy, clear installation instructions. Wife can use with no problems, and knock on wood, locks every time

I have tried the cheaper knock offs but always come back to the original RV Lock. The quality and customer services is outstanding.
