The customer service has been top tier from the start. USPS lost my package and refused to do a proper follow-up to find out what and how it happened. Sent a quick email to the RVLock support team explaining what happened. Without even giving it any qualms the has a replacement in the mail to me the same day, I got it and installed in a 4 days.
