All good as usual except I was disappointed with the rockfish this time. The pieces were thin and darker than previously. Fish tasted fishy, as well.

My favorite. As usual arrived on time, packaged perfectly and taste is amazing.

Delicious

The Lingcod and Rockfish are my favorite whitefish. I actually had the Lingcod today for lunch. The portions are thick. I cooked in a cast iron skillet in butter on medium-medium low. It doesn’t need much seasoning—just some salt and butter.
