Great for a quick mental health boost

I use this before indoor rides on the trainer usually. I find that it helps me keep my head in the workout and helps alleviate the feeling of being a hamster on a wheel. I’ve yet to try them on road rides but I think I will in the near future.

No effect

This tastes great! But I'm 5 days in to using it daily and have not noticed any effect. Will continue use but at the price point it's kinda wild to have 5 days or more of loading time.

Cautiously optimistic

It's early so I will come back and provide an update in a few weeks. I have read from others that it takes consistent use for noticeable results. So far, so good after several days. Possibly the slightest increase in overall focus without feeling jittery or anxious.
