Affordable
Can't speak to actual benefits of Fish Oil, just trying out for the first time. Certainly affordable!

All Good So Far
Recently (~ 1 month ago), I started using FO (Puori).
Sleep seems to have improved, as has HRV (via sleep?).
I've had no blood tests since starting it, but I'm curious about any delta in markers/data.

Solid ratio EPA/DHA. No issues with burping yet. Container does smell more fishy than other brands when you open it.
