My family takes this vitamin C daily, we don’t go without it! It is a staple in our supplement cabinet. We either take it straight mixed in a little water (tastes sour like lemon), or mix it in with other supplements, into hydration drinks, kombucha, etc it is very versatile! Kids even love it. It helps us stay healthy and gives us our daily dose of vitamin C.Highly recommend!

I have not had my usual fall and spring head colds since taking the Vit. C Fine Powder in the last 4 years of taking it. I use 3 to 5, I/4 T spoons daily , more if I'm going to be out in crowds. The bag seems to last forever . Great price for the amount, consistent quality and it arrived 3 days after I placed the order.
