This Mag Defense works great! It makes me sleep well at night, and feel relaxed during the day. It is highly effective and delicious as well. I highly recommend this RW supplement!

I use a handheld frother to mix Mag Defense and Immune defense in juice or coconut water, usually with liposomal vitamin c, and I create a delicious and nutritious beverage. The Mag Defense has helped my partner feel better throughout the day, and since he feels better, he has more energy. This is a really delicious (especially the cotton candy flavor) and effective form of magnesium. Well worth the investment!
