These are amazing! I brush with mirin and salt. Broil on high for 10 minutes and flip and broil 2 to 3 minutes to get skin crispy. This is what I order most frequently from this company.

I cooked a half a dozen of those collars and they were excellent. The best collars I’ve ever had. I will definitely be buying those again. They were really really good. That’s one of my favorite things to have. Thank you so much.
