Shirakawa Samidori Matcha

This brand provides beyond high quality and tasting matcha powder. The best macha power by far) I’ve ever tasted. Wish they provided the option for larger quanity sizes (for Shirakawa Samidori and Kiwami) Matchas. I had to learn the hard way that when available… YOU have to order enough because once its gone.. it’s unknown when they’ll have it again. Will continue to patronize this brand.

Have never purchased high end matcha before. I wanted to see how good it gets. It’s pretty good Not disappointed

Just exquisite. Hard not to love the umami of a single cultivar samidori Uji matcha. So smooth on the palette with a nutty savory finish. Minimal astringency and even less so any bitterness. I will enjoy adding this to the rotation.
